We have an all new Art exhibit by talented Artists Jane Gulland and Nicole Breda.
Nicole Brêda is a Brazilian artist who spent her unconventional childhood exploring volcanos, virgin beaches and wildlife in various countries in Latin America, from the Andes to the Caribbean. Nicole began studying under Gilberto Aceves Navarro and Luis Fernando Camino in her early twenties in Mexico City, and quickly excelled in sketching and painting. Her landscapes and portraits capture the essence of the places she’s been and the people she has met during her travels.
Nicole’s most recent body of work is an exploration of light and movement in the perfect scenery of nature. While painting, she connects deeply with the feeling of the time and place, and her work transmits this sensation to the observer.
Nicole has shown her work throughout Mexico, Brazil and Colombia.
ABOUT JANE
Jane was born in Toronto, Canada and studied art in Ryerson University. She started working as a graphic
designer in Toronto, and painted watercolors in her spare time. Jane also worked with Inner City Angels, where she
worked with the children painting murals in public school where she continued working as a
graphic artist. At the end of that project she painted full time with acrylics.
